A series about a crime family that attempts to reform after the father is sent to prison for five years. (The show is apparently based on a New Zealand series.)

The Family-
Cheryl West- the hardworking mother who is trying to figure out how best to raise her family
Wolf West- the father and criminal mastermind, sent to jail for five years
Cal West- follows after his father’s footsteps as a criminal, but much less capable
Logan West- Cal’s twin brother, the only family member not to turn to crime of any kind, on track to become a lawyer
Heather West- the ditsy blond who wants to be a model but is a little more capable than she appears
Hope West- the smart, somewhat anti-social youngest child
Grandpa West- old and somewhat senile grandfather who comes to live with the family

(Interesting note, the twins are played by a single actor.)

I thought the first episode was clever and funny and with a few surprises along the way. I’m not entirely sure how far things can go or where they actually plan to take things, but clearly it worked in New Zealand so they must have some story planned. I can’t wait to see what it is.

there were some funny moements i thought…after hearing the pilot was identical for the most part to the new zealand show, i’m willing to give it another chance. apparently was comparing the first few episodes to how the office started slow and then obviously became huge. hopefully there is something here!!
